- Identification the target group and format of the event (individual or group training; face-to-face or webinar).
- Determination of time and period of training session.
- Collect the information about participants’ background.
- Conduct the training.
- Evaluation of the result, compare the results with initial data.
- Provide to the Customer the recommendations on further training and use of personnel knowledge.
