The content of the project consists of the following stages:

• diagnostic audit, study of the initial state or information;
• action plan to achieve the result development and agreement with customer;
• implementation of the activities by consultant, monitoring the implementation of the activities by customer. Overall project control and information to the Customer about project progress;
• personnel training for the new approaches, standards requirements, developed solutions and processes;
• final evaluation of the project results, reporting to Customer.

• access and transfer of knowledge and experience from expert to Customer personnel. We are interested that every further project could be realized by Customer staff, despite the fact that reaching such level of independency will lead to refusal of further involvement of the consultant. We see that the development of cooperation could be based on Customer satisfaction and his willingness to come back to us with other projects.
• reduction of project implementation time 
  The significant part of the work on the project could be performed by us based on Customer request: development of the documentation, equipment and personnel selection, etc.
• reduction of risks 
  We participate in the projects where we have successful experience. We are always in contact with our Customer and inform him about any achievements or obstacles on the way to achieve project goals.
• personnel motivation for new tasks 
  We understand that the final success depends on the motivation and convenience of the personnel in working with the results of the project. We are able to interest and convince employees.
